Most issues clear up with a couple of quick checks:

A game feels stuck or moves are slow. Check your internet connection, then refresh the page — the board reconnects and resyncs automatically.
Something looks broken after an update. Do a hard refresh to clear cached files (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, ⌘+Shift+R on Mac).
You can't sign in. Use “Forgot password” to reset it, and make sure cookies are enabled for the site.
The board won't load. Update to a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari and disable any script-blocking extensions for the site.
